Sensei Barbara Pace started her instruction in 1994
under Shihan Michael Pace. Almost immediately she began helping
with the children's classes at their karate school. By the
time she reached her Shodan (1st degree black belt) in 1999
she was already a seasoned instructor. Sensei Pace is the
Pace Institute of Karate's Director of Student Services as
well as an accomplished instructor. Sensei Pace has proven
her skills in kata, sparring and weapons forms in tournaments
for many years.
Sensei Pace holds the distinction of being the highest ranking
female instructor ever in the Goshin-Ryu Karate Association.
